Cireng Crispy
Material
200 grams of tapioca flour
4 cloves of garlic (puree)
2 leeks (finely chopped)
to taste salt and pepper
1 tsp Chicken Seasoning
180 ml of hot water
1/4 Crackers
Instructions
1. Combine all dry ingredients
2. Add chives and garlic
3. Slowly add hot water until the dough doesn't stick to the hands
4. Then cut into pieces according to the desired shape
5. Prepare hot oil in a frying pan
6. Fry the dough until yellowish white.
